Emergency First Response (EFR)

"The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a pre-requisite to entering the PADI Rescue Diver course in which the student learns to manage everyday general accidents, dive emergencies and CPR. This is a 1-day academic course. This course requires one days notice prior to start.

This course is also available to non-divers. This is a 1-day academic course beginning at 8.30 am daily

 

Day 1

  • 8:30pm - Meet your friendly PADI Instructor,Orientation, Presentation of EFR Video
  • 12:00pm - Lunch Break
  • 2:00pm - CPR/First Aid Practical Application
  • 3:30pm - EFR Certified/Course Payment

PADI Rescue Diver (RESC)

"The PADI Rescue Diver (Resc) takes AOW divers towards entirely new level of Koh Tao diving where managing and preventing problems to others makes the Rescue Diver a much more aware diver. Probably the most satisfying of all PADI courses, the PADI Rescue course is a 3-day course that involves academic and rescue scenarios that raises the diver’s level of confidence in their own abilities to assess, handle and manage emergencies. This course requires one days notice prior to start.

  • 8:30am - Rescue Academic Session 1 & 2
  • 11:30am - Equipment Issue
  • 12:00nn - Lunch Break
  • 02:00pm - Confined Water Rescue Session

 

Day 2

  • 9:00am - Rescue Academic Session
  • 11:50-12:15 - Meet @ Equipment Room
  • 12:00pm - Depart For OW Rescue Training
  • 05:00pm - Day Ends

 

Day 3

  • 9:00am - Rescue Final Exam
  • 11:50-12:15 - Meet @ Equipment Room
  • 12:00pm - Depart For OW Final Rescue Scenarios
