PADI Discover Scuba Diving (1-Day Experience Programme)

The
DSD programme is designed for guests who are interested in scuba
diving, but either do not have the time to complete the PADI Open
Water course or who are not sure if scuba diving is really for them.
The
Discover Scuba Diving programme starts at 9:00am daily beginning with
very basic theory followed by a 30 – 40 minute training programme in
our resort swimming pool or a local and shallow bay. After completing the training
(normally by 11:00am),you will then have lunch prior to departing at
12:30pm with our afternoon boat and complete 2 x 45 minute dives to a
maximum depth of 12-metres.
We then return to the resort around 4:30pm.
The
cost of the DSD programme is THB 3,000 per person and should you wish
to continue to diving during your stay, you may either undergo the
PADI Open Water course or fun-dive to a maximum depth of
12-metres. The cost of
the PADI Open Water Course after the DSD programme is THB 7,100 and
the cost of fun-diving is THB 2,000.
