try scuba diving for the first time? Or that
the minimum age requirement to get a worldwide
recognized certification is 10 years of age?
Fun for the family
Scuba Diving is a safe, fun and non-competitive
sport that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
It is a fantastic way to interact with nature,
get to meet new people and see places. It is
clean good old fashioned fun. Did we mention
you can start today? All you have to do is get
here and we will take you and your family diving
right away!
Coral Grand Divers have embraced
the new PADI programmes for children and families,
programs that will give you something to unite
about on holidays and vacations long into the
future.
If your children are between 8
and 9 years old, we have an exciting program
they can participate in!
If they are older, they can participate
in most PADI certification courses as Junior
Divers.
The PADI Bubblemaker Program
Under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor,
kids from 8 years and up can dive in a swimming
pool or in confined open water (e.g. off our
beautiful beach) to a maximum depth of 2 meters.
It is an excellent introduction to the exciting
underwater world and your children’s first step
towards a life long passion. This is the perfect
choice if your children are unsure if they want
to pursue certification or are younger than
the required 10 years for PADI Jr. Scuba Diver
or Jr. Open Water Diver.
